No spam
The platform is for consent-aware, relationship-based communication — not bulk cold email. Sending limits, suppression lists, and abuse monitoring are enforced. Attempts to bypass them result in suspension.
No fabricated claims
Do not fabricate metrics, traction, customers, investors, or achievements in profiles or updates.
Respect unsubscribes
Unsubscribe and communication preferences are honoured platform-wide. Attempting to contact recipients who opted out is prohibited.
No misuse of investor data
Investor information available on the platform may not be scraped, exported for external cold-emailing, or shared outside the platform's intended workflows.
Reporting
Investors and founders can report spam or misuse. Reports are reviewed and may lead to warnings, sending restrictions, or account suspension.
