The service
RaiseOS provides investor discovery, relationship management, and update tooling for startup founders and investors. The platform does not guarantee funding, investment, or any investor response.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Founder responsibilities
Founders are responsible for the accuracy of information in their profiles and updates. Updates may only be sent to recipients through the platform's consent-aware sending flows.
Investor participation
Investor profiles are subject to review. Investors control their communication preferences and may unsubscribe or pause updates at any time.
Prohibited conduct
No spam, scraping, misrepresentation, fake traction claims, harassment, or attempts to bypass sending limits and anti-abuse safeguards. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Subscriptions
Premium is billed at ₹314/month and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you create. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service (e.g., delivering your updates to your chosen recipients).
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Specific limitation language is pending legal review.
